We’ve been in the construction, siding and roofing business my whole life. I’ve managed thousands of jobs, small and large, here in Maine and throughout the country. Over the years, I have learned from my dad, and from others, the importance of hard work, how to do a job right, and how to provide professional customer service in today’s world.

I, personally, bring 20 years of professional experience in all forms of roofing applications including asphalt, synthetic slates, metal, EPDM and TPO flat roofing systems, even slate roofing. I’ve just about seen it all. Some exceptional. Some not.

Before We Start

When it comes to replacing a roof, there are many questions. Should it be replaced or repaired? Do you need a ridge vent? How is the plywood? What are the right materials? Who is running the project? How long will it take? And of course, how when can we start, and how much will it cost?

Luc meets with you on site to thoroughly evaluate your situation and will answer every question you may have; openly and honestly… even if it means we won’t get the work.

The Project Begins

You will feel the difference right away. Our experienced crew shows up ON TIME and will work the full day. No loud radios. No foul language. A clean job site (well, as much as possible; roofing isn’t always neat). What you will see is quality work and efficiency. It’s impressive really.

As the job progresses, you should expect frequent and timely communication with Luc and the crew. On site, by text, by email, phone call, however you prefer.

Wrap Up

It’s a tight ship from set up and removal. We clean up as if we were never there. You’ll see attention to detail. The last thing you’ll see us do is a final magnetic sweep of your surrounding areas to ensure all loose nails that inevitably fall are removed.
